Greeting from Los Angeles(San Gabriel Valley)
Greetings from the San Gabriel Valley.
I'm a married father of 3 trying to squeeze in hobbies.
I enjoy golf, fishing, photography and basketball.
I recently decided that I wanted to bike in the 2 hours I have before the tornado(3 kids under 4) comes home. I also plan to purchase a trailer so I can haul some of my kids around the beach and to the local park on the weekends.
I'm looking into hybrid bikes right now so any recommendations would be helpful. I've visited my local LBS's and have gotten fitted. Now the next step is to narrow down on what I plan on purchasing.
I really like the Trek FX 7.7 & Specialized Sirrus Comp Carbon Disc. I know the Carbon is probably overkill for my applications, but in all my hobbies I've been known to be quite the equipment wh*re... There is something about newer technology and the mechanics of equipment that really grabs my attention, it must be the engineer in me.
Thanks.

I finally pulled the trigger on a 2016 Black Sirrus Elite Carbon! Bike had to be shipped in, but it should be ready for me to pick up in a couple of days.
