Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I think it is a genuine frame. Pinarello's have never been light frames and I am sure they are rather optimistic with their claimed weights.
You also seem to be confusing warranty with crashing.
Warranty just covers proven manufacturing defects, if you want someone to pay to repair/replace when you have an accident you need to sort it out with an insurance company.

Maybe the warranty fee is euro 700-900.....
Because in my country there is no Wiggins size 54,........
So if I want to keep the frame, just be careful not to crash......
The seller cheat me on warranty?
If I want to get warranty during ride, sent it back to Netherlands and the reseller send it back to italia authorized dealer,is it ok in circumstances that pinarello told italia authorized dealer not get warranty because of I bought from unauthorized dealer in Netherlands?

5 years crash change program warranty is attracking..........
So, it's an authentic serial number.

Does that really mean that the frame is authentic? Or perhaps the serial number sticker was duplicated from a valid one?

That's what I wondering. Assuming this is a fake frame, and every one has the same faked serial number (probably taken from one real frame) would Pinarello even catch that? If this guy sends in this serial number, then next week, another guy who bought one of these with the same faked serial number sends it in, would Pinarello simply say "yup, that's our number"? Or once that serial number is registered, does that trigger them to say "ah hah, that must be fake, because we've already had this number registered!" Not sure how it works with them.

If it's just some rando in customer service answering a ton of emails, they may just simply look it up as one of their serial numbers. Or maybe they know just by looking at it that it's a Pinarello number, and sent a reply without actually researching if the number has been registered, or where it was sold, etc.

Sorry, I hope for your sake it's a legitimate frame, but just find it hard to believe a non-authorized seller selling this expensive a frame at a huge discount, and they require bank transfer as the only payment method seems highly shady. I wouldn't do business with any company who operated like this, legit product or not!

That's quite a bit heavier than the weight for the 53 in the article - more than the size difference would account for. That weight would seem to indicate it's a fake to me. Might again want to contact Pinarello and see what they think.

it's a mess in it,did everyone's f10 frame like this?

if it is a fake,it will endanger my life.if not ,it is a display sample,it maybe ok.

You do not have to be an expert, to see e.g. that Top Cap was used. It is impossible that on new part there are so many scratches from tightening bolt.

I am not Pinarelle expert, so I do not know if it is Real or Fake, but something is wrong. I bought few, much cheapers frames in my life, and all were in perfect condition. I do not think it is "standard" quality of Pinarello frames which is much, much more expensive than mine.

Maybe it is real Pinarello ( or maybe no...), but definitely this frames was used before. Maybe it is frameset from demonstration or test bike.

My NIB Pinarello F10 is brand new and was never used or is a knockoff. You sure seem to have your doubts about what you purchased. Send it back and get a full refund then go and order one from a authorized dealer like I did and you will have no more doubts about a FAKE or KNOCKOFF or USED for that matter.. Again send it back and get your cash back as surely person you purchased from is a honest and awesome seller ...

That's about 40 grams, so the weight is still over 100 grams more than I would think it should weigh - but maybe your scale isn't accurate. Like I said, I would contact Pinarrello and ask them about the weight, it might be within their norm. You can check your scale accuracy with a known weight item that perhaps you get checked on another scale - like at your post office. Use an item about the same weight as the frame, like between 600 and 1100 grams maybe.
