1980s Motobecane Jubile Sport “Flores - Ciclos Cadiz”
Hello!
Here’s a recently acquired Motobecane Jubile Sport done up with some interesting Spanish(?) decals. After the recently acquired Alex Singer I have been on the hunt for another lively French ride. Unfortunately and stubbornly, it had to be anything but Peugeot or Gitane. Queue this lovely 80s Jubile Sport in seemingly NOS (or restored) condition.
The ride quality of the plain gauge Vitus 888 is snappy and exciting. The Suntour Blue Line shifting also shifts like butter after all these years. Rigida rims are a little dodgy and the tyres are due for replacement, probably the biggest down side.
Enjoy the night photos!

La puedo reconnocer
Yo trabajé en esa tienda de bicicletas, en Cádiz, Andalucía, y competí en ese equipo. Me pregunto como llegó ahí.
Aún conservo algo de equipación de entonces.
Mod edit to add Google translation:I worked in that bicycle shop, in Cádiz, Andalusia, and I competed in that team. I wonder how it got there. I still have some of the equipment from then.

Virus 888 is the real deal in my book. It's a plain gauge I don't mind riding.
