Go with white tape. There's already plenty of yellow on the bike, and the are some white accents, so white tape will help balance it. Or black tape is always acceptable. I think yellow will be too loud.
And yes, that Celeste tape is hideous. It might well be the worst color you could put on the bike.

That's a good reason to use a contrasting saddle and bar tape - it's tough to get a good match, and if you don't, it can be jarring.

While I believe everyone should choose a color scheme that makes them happy and ignore all the haters, I'm really having a hard time understanding the light blue tape on a red and yellow bike. Not to be offensive, but is there any chance the owner is color blind? What might appear beautiful to a color blind person won't look so hot to the rest of the world.
The following web site has a pretty nifty tool for finding what should be complimentary colors (i.e., colors that most people will see as pleasing):
https://www.canva.com/colors/color-wheel/
Since the frame is red and yellow, it looks like orange would be the only other color that would work if one uses the "analogous" combination.

A bright yellow to match the graphics would be my first choice.

Chinarello for sure. FWIW, I once had a red vintage Cannondale ST. I used a color wheel to find a complementary light green Neubaums cloth bar tape. It looked pretty good, IMO. It was a real bike though, so maybe not relevant to this thread....

It's been a few years since we had a Chinarello pop up on BF, I didn't realize they were still a thing. Seems the generic carbon bikes have become so popular most folks have given up bothering to pass them off as something else.
