Back pannier rack options for vintage Fuji Royale that match that era?

Back pannier rack options for vintage Fuji Royale that match that era?
I've got an old Fuji Royale that I'm looking to put a back rack onto. On the back of the frame near where the tire attaches I see a small threaded loop hole on each side of the frame - I am pretty sure this was used for something like a rack. However I do not see any similar threaded part up top near the seat post, other than the bolt that goes through to tighten the seat post down.
Wondering if anyone is familiar with a rack that would have installed on a bike from this year and what it would look like if so? Hoping to get something from around the time this was made to match and install if at all possible.
I tried inserting a photo of my bike but am receiving a message that I'm not allowed since I'm new....
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Welcome! You can add photos in your Gallery and then someone else can post them here -- -or you can make more posts -- it only takes 10 to be able to post photos.
Without knowing exactly what year your bike is I'm going to guess that one of the Jim Blackburn aluminum rear racks would be appropriate for your bike -- fairly ubiquitous from the mid '70s onward for several decades, they're fairly common, inexpensive, and relatively sturdy.

A Blackburn rack is a smart choice. Since there are no braze-on mounts for a rack on the seat stays, you will need a $10 hardware kit to attach it.

Here is a photo of what it would look like on a Royale. For this bike I used a custom bracket and some mounting hardware from a Swiss made Pletscher rack. I wouldn't recommend a Pletscher "rat trap" rack for use with panniers.

After checking around for options based on the suggestions here, I went with the Planet Bike Eco bike rack in black. I'd link to it or share a photo of my bike with it on, but I still haven't made 10 posts yet.
I did add three photos of the bike to my albums in my personal gallery, if anyone has any desire to see how it turned out. Overall I am pleased with the results. I felt like it looked close to the vintage ones, but with a new matte finish.
