1K+ Watt Hour Battery Kits?

It seems I'm most likely to get a pre-built electric bike but am curious about higher powered kits. I would be interested in a 1K or higher watt hour kit. Either mid drive or hub motor conversion.

I've done a cursory search but it seems like most kits are 750 watt hours or lower.

Power is watts (amps X volts); battery capacity is a-h. The probable reason for the 750w limit in all OEM (AFAIK for Specialized, Trek, Haibike etc) is that's the maximum allowed for Class 1, 2, & 3 designation. My 1000w kit has a 30 amp controller, so with 52V battery is considered 1500+ watts (not considering efficiency). Electric motors normally are rated by the maximum power they can produce consistently, but most are capable of 2X - 4X that for short bursts. There are many kit motors and some bikes with much greater power than 750w.

I meant a battery with 1K+ watt hours. For example, a 52V/21Ah battery yields = 1,092 Watt Hours.

Or, a 52V/19 Ah battery yields = 988 Watt Hours.

I'm looking for a kit with a battery in that range or higher.

Sure, just go to Luna cycles. They have 52v batteries in 20, 24, and 28 ah.

Sorry, misunderstood. I've purchased two 52V batteries from Luna, and both have been excellent. em3ev as well as other companies will fabricate a custom battery.
