Went back to Fox Creek mtb park and did almost the same ride as last time here. There was a downhill event in progress but didn't effect the xc courses. I did some spectating and rode one of the downhills they'd finished with. It had no manmade jumps, was very rough rutted and loamy, luved it.

I finished an up and back on the GAP on Friday, having started in Cumberland the previous Saturday. Friday was the only wet day.

30 solo miles Friday, 54 with a group Sunday -- a group that for the past couple of years I couldn't hang onto without being dropped. Good company and great ride. Finally seem to be getting consistently stronger, which makes those group rides more fun. Great weather, a bit sticky but pleasant.

62 miles down to Pinnacles NP and back. I gave blood on Friday so wasn’t feeling super energetic. Stuff head wind coming back.
