Check out Vintage Velos. Woolistic jerseys. Some of the nicest merino wool jerseys ever.
But their selection is a bit limited these days.

Keeping style in mind -- because who wants to look like a n00b -- which manufacturers of reproduction team/livery jerseys are worth looking at?

VintageofBikes sells some neat ones at reasonably prices, with free international shipping. Prices are around 25-30 Euros, which isn't terrible.

But who wants something that's going to unravel or otherwise come apart after a few wearings?

Where else have you found reproduction jerseys at a reasonable price that also last a while?

TIA

Carlton Jersey's, Caps, and Coffee cups can now be ordered. I have the Jersey and Cap. Great Quality.

Does anyone know this „Retro Cycling Jerseys“ webshop? I wonder if one can trust these low prices:

https://www.retro-cycling-jerseys.co...ing-jersey-set

Reminds me a bit of

https://shop.vintageofbikes.com/

(the quality of which I also have strong doubts about).

With just about Everything we buy nowadays being made in Asia, its quite possible that Jersey manufactuerers have stepped up their game and now actually deliver quality stuff. I was gifted a 7-Eleven team jersey a few years back and was quite surprised at the quality of it. It has some good features on it but it fit me a little too big so its loose which I dont like. So I cannot give a detailed report to its durability over time.

The stuff is so cheap that the investment on a Repro jersey wouldnt be too much, give it a shot an buy one and give us a Review.

I have an old original Raleigh Jersey I bought at about the same time I bought my Raleigh and it is in great shape ( actually bought two!) . It has a tag on it from the Zurich race team under the front on the seam. It is holding up welll after 5 years or so of wearing it. I think I only paid about $25 each for them.

I have a Raleigh (gold, reddish, black and white) and the peugeot jersey linked here from ebay and like them both. My only issue is they are a bit short and thus the top of the pockets are higher up my back. It is a feat of gymnastics to reach into the pockets while riding, especially if it has moved up a bit. I really wrenched my shoulder a few times trying to grab something out of them.

What a great post-I am looking for something to go with my Celeste Bianchi for a couple of historic rides im planning on doing next year. However I think the all wool new one is the route to go. I am middle aged and don't want to look like Bibendum, the Michelin man....

I know it's a tongue-in-cheek take on a vintage jersey but Twin Six released this beauty today and it gave me a good chuckle; https://www.twinsix.com/collections/...oducts/the-612
