Need help with compatibility on Shimano Di2 TT components

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Need help with compatibility on Shimano Di2 TT components

I'm building a tri-bike and currently have Ultegra 8050 di2 front and rear derailleurs. So now I need bar end shifters along with brake levers/shifters for the aero TT/Tri cockpit. I'm looking at Dura Ace ST-R9160 Di2 (current generation) brake levers/shifters along with Dura Ace SW-9071 Di2 from previous generations. Will I have a compatibility issues running three different groupsets?

Nope! You should be fine.
Have a look at the e-tube compatibility charts: https://e-tubeproject.shimano.com/pd....4.0-00-EN.pdf

All three series you mention are in the same box, s you can combine them. Note that you can use 6 units from that group (shifters) max.
