Campagnolo Triomphe Crankset - VGC
Taken off a 1985 Peugeot PSN10 on which they were outfitted as standard equipment. 170mm arm length. 52/42 Campy rings. Good threads, good rings, really nice crankset.
$85 $75 shipped CONUS PPFF. SOLD I'll probably ship with the rings disassembled. I'm assuming that's not a problem for anyone but let me know if it is.

Victory/Triomphe is 116. But they usually came with a 42t small ring.
I just got a first gen Athena from around 1990 that's 135 bcd. 39t was the popular small ring on those, I guess.

OP's beautiful crank takes a 114mm asymmetrical spindle (for 68mm shell). Victory is 109mm.

Campy 116mm Chain Rings For GS Touring, Triomphe & Victory
At least three different Campy cranks used those 116mm BCD chainrings: Gran Sport Touring in double and triple, Triomphe and Victory.
I always liked the look of the 116mm BCD chainrings. They're not another "Oh No... a Campy NR/SR or clone design that goes back to the late 1950's".
Quick ID Triomphe vs. Victory drive side crankarms. Notice the differences at the ends of the spider arms:
The 116mm chainrings came in 35T, 36T, 37T, 38T, 39T, 40T, 41T, 42T, 43T, 50T, 51T, 52T, and 53T.
I have an NOS non documented Victory 28-38-50T triple crankset that takes a smaller BDC inner chainring:
I have another Victory triple with what appear to be MTB chainrings:
As far as smaller tooth 116mm BCD chainrings, under 42T are scarce and expensive. I horded a bunch of the 38T and under sizes while they where still pariahs in the Campianista Cult.
Miche makes 35T, 36T, 37T, 38T & 40T 116mm BCD chainrings. They're not quite an exact match to Campy's, the webs are slightly wider but only an OCD perv would notice:
