Pretty Sure these are the older rivendell variety of Dia Compe model of Bar End Shifters. Friction variety

Not up for friction at this time. Still have plenty of Suntour for that goodness. Sorry now I missed the bar end pods being sold.

in case, someone only wants the stems, i'd be interested in the adaptor. is it a "22.2 to 25.4"?

Dia-Compe Ratcheting Bar-Cons

They're not Friction Shifters. They have the same type of ratchet mechanism that was used on the old Suntour Bar-Cons and Power Ratchet Levers except the "serrations" are much finer pitch so they're much smoother operating.
I installed a set of the Dia-Compe W down tube levers on a bike I assembled at the beginning of the year. They're really smooth and feel almost like retrofriction levers. The newer ones like mine can handle up to 11 speed cassettes. Currently running them with an 8 speed cassette.
My only concern is the black plastic covers are a little wimpy and may not last for a long time???
