Fork Adjustment on Hybrid bike
I have a 2015 Norco Malahat with a Suntour M3010 forks.
What kind of maintenance should I do and what adjustments if any can I make.

The vast majority of entry level suspension forks (like those found on low cost bikes) are not intended to be taken apart and serviced. Some can be but even with these the replacement parts are likely to be unavailable. So I suggest doing what most don't do. Keep the sliding surfaces cleaned and lubed. That's it. Andy

I was hoping to reduce spring preload. Nothing to adjust. Pretty stiff.

It is not designed to be adjusted or locked out or anything it is designed to be the cheapest suspension fork so they can put it on tourney equipped bikes so they can have the traditional "comfort" bike look. There are plenty of really excellent ways to add more comfort to a bike but a heavy non-adjustable threaded fork is not really ideal. Keep it cleaned and lubed as Andy said and save up money to buy a more sensible bike that will work well for you.
