I just picked up that same ccm with trashed wheels and a tilted rear derailleur hanger..
replaced front wheel and still riding it -(kind of) with the rear wheel ( rim has big flat spot which i cant correct) I haven't taken it apart yet- just changed out front wheel with a spare I had and adjusted rear deraileur dropout a bit (still needs a bit more fine tuning- will have to wait till she gets stripped and my appropriate freewheel remover comes in (park fr4)
Its pretty nice even though not fully ready- looks like wheels were trashed early and sat for a long while -
i know- pics- soon
Here it is- rideable with a flat spot on rear wheel that I cannot fix ( thought riding it could level it out- or make it more flat!- waiting on tool to swap out freewheel to another wheel. She’ll get a full tear down soon enough.... I have paselas that might go on .. she’ll be a nice rider for sure
Rear deraileur hanger needs a bit more finessing but not bad
Love the dual bolts for seat adjustment- have never seen that before

Any chance that you post the serial number? During this era, Procycle typically didn't manufacture with Reynolds tubing. The other samples of this model that I've seen had a "Made in France" country of origin label. It's one of only three sub-contracted CCM models that I've seen. TIA.
