Those wheels are next on my list for my dawes. Looking good.

the not awesome part of this story is that I just gave the bike a garden hose rinse the next day and proceeded to commute almost exclusively on the bike for three months without paying any mind to mechanical condition or maintenance. i didn't ride it since(I switched to the cdale) and the other day I noticed the freehub is seized(fixay cross) and the crank bearings sound like spoons in a blender.

Thanks everyone! Here's another picture I took while I was out riding with some old Egg Beaters (I finally got legitimate road pedals for my road bike):

I still need to mess with the saddle angle, but otherwise, everything's dialed in nicely.

Your bike looks awesome. Reminds me of Coomer's old Polished Cannondale Track:

Got a little tired of all the stickers I had on my Cinelli. Decided to strip almost all of them off.

These are two of the ones I left.

These are my fixed bikes:

Commuter/Beater/Goto bike for just about everything. It's an old Trek conversion:

My race bike when I used to do that:

Custom Jonny Cycles:

And recently my Nagasawa (Note: same wheels as the Jonny):

Thanks, I know it's goofy looking with the upside down stem but through much trial and error it feels "right" that way. The drop and reach on those bars is probably just too much for me.

Rise stems are fairly common on track sprinter setups. Saddle-to-bar drop and aero positions are less important. I remember Carleton posting about how his power output increased by raising his bars a bit, because he had too much saddle-to-bar drop and it was limiting his position.

Love the Bareknuckle too, It's the best of those bikes. What's goofy about a track bike looking and feeling like a track bike? What's goofy is the people trying to make there street fixed gears look like old style track bikes, and are as uncomfortable as can be while riding.
