Today I'm browsing on an iPad for the first time. It's weird, difficult, and I can't decide if I like it or not. Actually, browsing is ok, but posting on the forums is cumbersome.

I post 99% on my iPhone, I think I've been on this forum 3 times on my laptop haha.

Edit: should add my own Today I:

Today I finally trimmed my seat post down, cleaned the bike off after a 27 mile trek with some friends yesterday where we took a bike path and ate Pizza outside an Italian place run by Indian dudes haha.

today i, *not bike related* was almost hit by a lady who ran a red in her camry[beige on beige, of course]. luckily, i was driving a customers R8 V10 and did a maneuver only a few street legal cars could pull off to avoid the incident[make a sharp 90deg right at about 80kmh].

after my balls dropped back out of my body i went and got a coffee.

Yeah I wanna know about the $34 Thomson as well.

Today I did about 30 miles that was bisected by two hours of beating the piss out of drums. Good times.

It's in the deals thread. Silver, but it's only 25.4 which is the reason they aren't flying off the virtual shelves.

Today my husband got hit by a car on his way home from work. Luckily he is mostly fine, just some road rash/bruising. His bike is also ok. Still scary.

Today I took my fenders off my commuter as I slowly turn it back into a CX bike.

Today, I destroyed the housing and brake cable while trying to install and cut using just needle-nose pliers.

How dangerous is it to ride with a un-wound (1 strand) brake cable? hahh.

I'm glad he's OK.

Today I am officially no longer a part of the pumptrack, am absolutely thrilled about it. I now have the time to focus on getting myself back to a velodrome state of mind.

Haha, well there was a lot of OMG and How did it happen and then a quick ride to the drug store to get him neosporin and gauze and stuff.

But yeah, soon we were back to the typical weeknight in our house, talking about/working on bikes and watching football.

Today I accepted that it's time to stop making the 725 fit me and just accept the size isn't right. Dropped the price on my CL ad to $500 for the frameset (with the leader fork) and am hoping I can get somewhere near that.

Ordered some goodies from Universal Cycles, wish they would price match their thomson stuff!

had some beers with a friend and watched MNF, she was in a weird mood and showed me her pierced nipples three separate times during the night, one time on the back patio at the bar, was a really bizarre night.

What negative shim can I buy that will make a 25.4 stem fit 26.0 bars?

Keep the fork, sell the frame and buy a 55.
