Bought a bunch of parts and this was included. Searched the googles and nothing much. Any info out there?

Yes ugly and semi cheap early 90's 2 bolt MTB stem based on the bulky design and zero rise/drop.. I have seen a lot of this style lesser welded MTB stems but haven't seen one exactly like this and very few branded Zoom my ques is not a lot of these things were made and in this case some what rare does not equal special or very valuable

Vertically rigid with that cross section, probably. I found something that describes it as the 3D stem.

I'd guess no older than a decade, maybe 15 years tops. It's got a completely removable faceplate.
Useful to toss on a super cheap threaded fork. Shouldn't be in the same room as a really nice vintage bike.

I'm guessing profile either made them or used them as a rebadged item. I remember these being a cheap common stem with their name on it 20 or so years ago. Not too light but fairly sturdy.

That's definitely a road stem, almost certainly having a 26mm clamp diameter.
Profile was about the first one I remember marketing these, the zero-degree model was sometimes designated for triathlon use. No idea who made theirs.
Kalloy/Zoom has made millions of this type and is I believe the world's largest OEM producer. Many get re-branded these days.
