140 Ultegra disc on the front?
Hello!
i was wondering if one of you here in the forum can help me. I want to install a 140 Ultegra disc on the front instead of the standard 160mm.
i have heard some rumors that it is supposedly very easy and I just need to rotate a part of the caliper??
any ideas?
cheers
Tyll

Why would you want to swap to a smaller rotor though? Is it just to match the rear? My understanding is that larger rotors = better braking. It might not be the best idea to mess with that.

the set up is universally 160 front 140 rear , or maybe 2 x 160.
front is where the effective braking is.. that why the 140 is on the back it just is not needing to be so powerful because it's being unweighted..
