No Amgen this year..... maybe never

I've known about this since early November, but I'm a little bummed there isn't going to be an Amgen this year and possibly it may not come back. I was actually hoping to see a few stages live and in person this year as I have relatives in California near some of the typical stage cities and routes.

What are your thoughts about the matter? What is another good road bike tour to see in the US?

Tour of Utah

Plenty of big time gravel races (dirty kanza, etc)(Leadville 100 mountain bike race) are just a few.

Tour of Utah......This has been televised before hasn't it? Is it the tour three or four years ago that seemed to be a little dis-organised in it's organization? I can't remember the specifics but it seems there were some amateurish mistakes in the logistics of the event that you would have thought the organizers would have foreseen. Don't remember if that was just on the part of televising the tour or the race itself.

Yeah I've been watching it on tv for the past couple of seasons. Some world tour riders participate.

As long as I continue to get my Redlands Bicycle Classic every year, I'm good. One of the road race stages takes up part of the street I live on, so I might be slightly biased. The criterium is always excellent to watch.
