Trainer use limited space- leave bike on trainer and move as unit?

An I going to damage my bike (Cannondale cx3) And the trainer (cyclops jet fluid trainer) is in leave it all connected and just slide it around to move it rather than taking it out every time? Full disclaimer I’m a Clyde but within working limit for bike and trainer

I think if you value either then you will treat it with respect. Neither were designed to be moved as a unit.

Don't. The risk is too high, and besides it is probably too heavy.
