Finally Back On Feet
11 weeks after plantar fibromatosis removal and a tailors bunion removal I can walk! Riding a bike will not happen for awhile. Sore with a slight limp but walking and freedom! It will swell up and I just take some time off the foot then back on my feet. I feel liberated I will never take for granted be able to walk again that is for sure!

That is terrific news! I was 6 days non weight bearing for a chipped bone in my ankle many years ago. I thought that was torture. 11 weeks? I would have needed sedation to keep from losing my mind.

I recently sustained an avulsion fracture of the distal fibula of my left ankle.
I will be off the bike for a while.
The weather here (except for the Woolsey and Hill fires) has been fantastic.
Oh well...
