Platform pedal with wide area for knee issues (tracking) or other recommendations

I had posted looking for a good wide pedal a few weeks back. I've recently been to the doctor and been diagnosed with patellar tracking disorder, which means my knee cap doesn't track correctly due to tight or uneven muscle balance. To make things short, I am getting a basic fitting done and want to change out my pedals first. They are very small (came on the bike), and my feet roll off the edges sometimes.

Looking for recommendations on good supportive pedals that can help with this issue. i know its most likely not a pedal issue, but i need new ones anyways. Right now I'm looking at the Ergon pc2 and wellgo mg1. I ride a giant escape hybrid, and have wide size 11 feet. Anyone use these pedals or have any good suggestions for this issue?

Also, any other recommendations for this knee issue are appreciated. I am working with a PT, doing exercises to strengthen the VMO and legs, and alot of stretching. I never had any knee issues until I started biking...I also only bike 5-12 miles a day, if I even bike that day. Thanks in advance!

Go with the Ergons in a large size

They actually perform as described.
