Well I finally got out and did some riding yesterday, 15.47 in 1:04:02. Real happy with the time, about a 14.5 mph avg. I have not ridden in 12 days and the knee does not hurt as bad today as it did the last time I rode, but I did ride my hybrid versus the road bike last night, so that might be the key until I get the knee taken care of. Will try it again tonight and see how it goes.

85 miles, 6 hours. Went riding with lots of newbies this week, so not as many miles as I would have hoped for. They were fun miles nonetheless.

OK...just got home from a 45-minute crit. Took 2nd BTW...very proud It was a course that suited me and I ended up in very good positioning for the finale, even though I thought I picked the wrong train to follow but didn't. Now for what I'm here for...

Time & Distance (week ending June 17, 2007)
203 miles
12 hours, 14 minutes

edit: P.S. The weight is hovering this week between 255-258 lbs. Looking good.

For the week ending 6/17, 221 miles, 11:45 minutes.

Doing two races this upcoming weekend, so mileage will probably be a little lower.

126.7 8:41. Included in that is the 108.7 miles and 5,600 feet (as opposed to the advertised 2,300 feet.) of climbing of the Mile High Century. You can put that amount up for Davisclyde too. Got to meet and ride part of the way with him.

I'll get my week total when I get home from work this evening. That was a kick ass ride on Saturday (meaning it kicked my ass). Actually, it was pretty fun.

Yeah, my ass was pretty kicked too. I'm kinda sore today, but it was a lot of fun, and great to finally meet some BFers.

This was a bad week for me, was my Birthday Monday I'm now 46, but we went out for a nice dinner, so no ride that day. We have had 40km/h+ winds since Thursday, so I missed a day there, I planned for 90km and only managed 49.1 (or 30.5 miles) in 2 hours 46 minutes. Those winds really cut your speed too, and have reeked havoc on the local tree population too. I still think I'll meet my target for the month though

51.8 \ 3:24:32 this week. Not bad, considering we had rain every day but Sunday and Saturday.

FOr the week:
191.5 miles
13.5 hours

Biggest week ever for me
