Great job, and keep it up!

I'm working on it too, but doubt it'll be in only the time you did.

Congratulations.
Nice to see these successes posted. It is inspiring to so many.
I was at my heaviest ever this time last year, 235ish. Started cycling after the snow melted. Then I really got into it. Lost 50lbs by the time I did my summer tour. Not for everyone, but I'm hooked.
Cycling is a great reward. Yes, the diet changed with cycling. But I still eat as often, hmm.

That's great. I have dropped from my former weight of 240 down to 180 - 185 (depending on my holiday eating habits ).

I feel better and healthier. But I miss the people in this forum.

Stay with your weight loss...you will feel better and healthier.

What a great job! I really needed to read this thread, considering I had a terrible food day yesterday. Keep us posted with your continued progress!

I don't think I'll ever not be a Clyde, I just hope to be not as much of a Clyde as I am now. Thankfully I'm not as much as a Clyde as I was.

I left Clydedom back in 2015, posted very little in here since, then I let myself go again in 2016 with work & family stress (as a result I've taken to drinking way too much crappy high-carb beer) and barely got on my bike this year. I'm creeping back up to that 200# mark, I can feel it - I've seen it on the scale, I hate myself for doing it. Well, good news, as I've posted in the 2017 resolution thread I created here, I'm not letting my work take me over in 2017 so I'll be riding more eating and even drinking much much better! Here's to finally getting below the 160# mark.
