Considering Purchase - What year and approx. value: Trek 4300

My son condidering purchase...does anyone know what year (see pic below), and approx value($). Used "like new", front suspension, recent tune-up.

Not sure but I would assume pre-2003 and maybe even a 90's bike at first glance and looking on the archives.

well its definatley an older one, and they were never over 400 bucks new.. so i would say you did good if you get it for a hundred bucks

Current owner asking $325, my son countered with $250...sounds like counter offer was too much?
