A minor thing but still a thing is that the geometry of the bike changes with a change in tire size. If a master frame builder builds a bike around 25mm tires, it will not ride the same with 32mm tires. That is a fact. Somebody really really wanted that Rene Herse magic and bought that bike new or had it made or whatever. It will be a different bike with fat tires if it was built for 25s.
