WTB Surly Dingle

Looking for a surly Dingle if anyone has one to sell or trade.
A White Dos eno might be interesting too.

I did!
all the way from Australia!
I am now set up on my lotus with a double up front, and a Dingle on the back, and a two speed bmx freewheel on the other side.
mall gears work. I used the single speed side for a while in both gears to get used to it, happy to be back fixed. But for long rides or tours I have the freedom to switch when tired.
Im really enjoying this so far.
I might keep looking for another for the Nishiki Olympic 12 frame I’ll be building up soon.

I recently contacted Surly. At this time they have no plans to resume production of the Dingle. Grrr. Perhaps someone else will produce one ...

In my seemingly endless search for one I did find an alternative. I am on my phone now will look later.
there is a company in England, they make a mount and a set of cogs that bolt to a disk brake mount on a front hub.
about the time I saw that, I found my Dingle, so quit looking.
It seemed like a good idea, and even more flexible than a Dingle because you could choose and change your own cogs.

Hopes and dreams

Just wondering if anyone knows of where I can snag one of these or the Wabi dual cog? Would love one for a build I'm working on! 👍🏾👊🏾

Thanks in advance

I know. I procrastinated, and now that I am able to purchase freely, I cannot find one at a reasonable price LOL 😂.

Where did you get yours from? I'm assuming it was their last unit?

Unfortunately, we stopped making them. Our supplier that fabricated them for us raised the minimum order quantity to a number that made it impossible for us to order. We are looking for another supplier, but it may be a while as the bike boom has made it virtually impossible to get new suppliers up and running.

I have one and love it. I start on a road that can be anywhere from soft sand to hard packed like a rock, then ride pavement for a few miles, then to dirt trails and then back.
the Dingle let’s me do the whole thing in comfort. I would definitely purchase a spare, or two if available. I’m sure other Dingle spinners feel the same.
