LOL a bit harsh maybe but I am seeing a ton of people post stolen bikes on a FB group in the city near me and I bet they would all agree with you. I think I have a problem with my possessions and have a hard time giving them up. I have to avoid being a collector of bikes like those on the C&V forum as I would never give mine up!

I agree. While "just a bike", it was a bicycle that allowed the pre-teen me to ride to other towns along a bike trail and explore uncharted territory (for me). To this day, having the freedom to ride 50, 60, 70+ miles under my own power to explore the world under my own power is something I cherish.
