Hello from Sara!

Hi everyone, I'm new!

I grew up in the South but I live in NYC. I ride a spin bike and have done so three times a week for about 7 years now. I LOVE professional cycling!

Hope to meet a lot of you and talk about bikes here !!

Sara

Do you ride a bicycle or are you only on a spinner?
Spinning seems a little limiting but good cardio.

Welcome to BF and the 50+ Forum, too.

As I like to say, I only ride a bike indoors, in an air conditioned room, the way the Good Lord intended!

Welcome Sara from SoCal. I am not a spin classer per se but I agree with you that indoor riding is great. I like to ride the indoor velodrome at Velo Sports Center in Carson, CA.

Welcome. The only problem I have with spin classes is they fill up before I get there with bad weather.
