Colnago M10 Voekler special - anyone shed some light on it?

Hi Guys,
Not sure if this is the right section on BF as I`m normally hanging around the vintage section but this is a bit new for them..

Looking at a Colnago M10 - alledgedley made for Thomas Voeckler when he was in yellow - seller says they made both C60 and M10 special frames for him when he was in yellow and he only used the C60 so this was sent back to Colnago unused. Question is, is this true or is it just a special edition frame? All the pics show Voeckler on a C60 yellow with his name and french flag on the top tube - would have expected the same decal on the top tube of the M10 if it was made for Voeckler - saying that, the extended geometry would fit Voeckler....

Any thoughts, Dan.
