Steering ratio.
My friend try to built a front load. I give it a test ride and I feel the steering is wild. is this normal or there is something to adjust 'to tame the front wheel' I usually ride my folding bike (with 1m wheel base) and with my tandem tandem cargo bike (1,6 m wheel base) I can feel 'delay' when take turn and compensate the steering. My first custom cargo is 2,2 m wheelbase long tail, and 'the delay' is a bit longer. With this front cargo and the front wheel soo far, I feel I always late in making turn and have difficulties to going straight,

No, it would be length of the lever arms, the connecting linkage is attached to, relative to each other..
