CCM Targa 3000 Spotted in the Wild
Had the camera in tow today while en route so I stopped and sidled up to this old CCM Targa 3000 parked outside a hospital to take a few pictures. This guy shops at MEC and isn't afraid to show it. Single speed gearing set up for winter and the yellow is nice and visible. Don't know the saddle variety but the insignia reads as a fancy "F". Bottom bracket area liberally festooned with chocolate mousse from hell. The thing is nothing earthshattering but classifies as a working, salt-of-the-earth (and the road) type bike so it receives a thumbs up.

Not sure where this was taken, but in a lot of places that front wheel would be missing already.

He has the front wheel cabled but all it takes it a few secluded seconds with Mr 48Volt angle grinder and the wheel takes a walk. He's parked right near the front doors of a hospital. The situation isn't conducive to an easy theft.
