I visited https://www.bikesmithdesign.com/ today and call me impressed with his shop. If you need short cranks this guy is your man.

I bought his cotter pin press and bottom bracket tool for my collection of Raleigh Grand Prix's. They are well made and do the job effortlessly without destroying the cotter pins or marring the cups. Well worth the money.
