I am a curious about the Mavic rims

been hunting for a set of mavic crossmax rims for my stump jumper. i am currently currently running a pair of 27.5 pair of rims on it, and I will admit mtb sizing is fairly new to me, but it is killing because a pair of the mavics seems to cost more than just buying them one at a time, apart they are around $469 but together they are $600-750.

So a pair would be less than buying one at a time, right? Because $750 is less than twice $469.

seperately they total out to 469, if I wrote that that poor, it was my fault.

a front is 200, a rear is 260 by its self.

Same store? Same rims in both cases? That is wonky pricing.

thanks to price matching it is pretty common pricing across amazon. and I think mavic themselves are running out of or are out of the 27's fronts or rears at certain levels so looking at their site makes it hunt almost
