What are you drinking?

What is your preferred adult beverage? Lately I've been loving Maker's Mark with ginger ale for hard liquor, and Thick White Freaks by Three Floyds is the current favorite beer. I just drank a bottle of 1998 J.L. Chave Hermitage Blanc that was amazing. I enjoy trying new booze and new beers, so pretty much anything you guys suggest will be tried, if I haven't had it before.

My liquor of choice is Gin. Preferably Hendrick's with a slice of cucumber or lime and some sort of nice tonic (Q or Indian).

I prefer Strongbow Cider to most beers. Miller High Life works fine for this college student.

In terms of bourbon, I like Knob Creek.

I do enjoy a good Hendrick's and tonic. Strongbow is good, but I'm a Woodchuck guy. High life is great when I'm broke. None of the bars I.go to have Knob, so I don't drink it that often.

Arson, I drink it neat sometimes. I honestly like the flavor of a little ginger in it. Try it some time with some good ginger ale, like Sprecher. And Scrod, I love that mug. Where does one acquire such a thing?

ugh. four loco..

I'm a whiskey man. Jameson on the rocks. I love a gin and tonic but haven't had a good one in awhile.
Scotch is great too. I've been into drinking liquor straight for awhile now, don't like too many mixed drinks.

Beer: Anything from New Belgium (fat tire, ranger, mothership)

I love scotch. Scotchy, scotch, scotch. Here it goes down, down into my belly...

As a recent college grad i keep it simple with some johnnie, but i always find a way to splurge for that black label. Only the best.

Beer wise, anything from Deschutes Brewery in Bend has been doing a great job of satisfying my thirst lately. Pretty much everything they manage to brew + bottle taste delicious.

Had some Grolsch, Cable Car, and Brewmaster Bill's Pumpkin Ale earlier this week. Bought some Blue Moon for tonight.

liquor? Ron Zacapa 23 anos rum. tried just about every rum, keep coming back to this one.

[only alternative is the absinthe that a local friend produces from an 1890's Swiss recipe]

for beer i support locals: Saranac, Ommegang, Middle Ages.

We've got a few giant mint plants growing in the yard so I've also been on a mojito kick as of late. Nothing's better than coming home from my (almost) daily 30ish mile afternoon ride, sipping a fresh mojito on the back porch and walking down to the ocean for a quick swim.

I don't endorse underage drinking, but then again I'm a major prude.

I also used to think beer tasted horrible, but after going through a few in the past few days it's really growing on me.

Rum is still gross, though.

You can die for your country, but you can't have a beer.
