Lotus MTB Love

I took my social distancing time today on my 1980’s Lotus Cherokee ATB. I added some racks, tires and TT pad. This thing is a tank! I think it is stock (it sits as I bought it anyway).

Anyone else have one of these or something similar?

Beautiful bike. I saw one on local CL recently, but it was too small for me. Love vintage lugged mtn bike, cool Nitto stem to boot.

Got a bare Lotus MTB frame that I built up with sample items from our catalog at the time as a demo bike; rigid first (Pepperoni fork?), then with a Lawwill Leader fork.

WoWoW that wheelbase, looks super comfortable. Nice build up. I've been re-configuring may Trek sport tourer with my social distancing time. Pics of that when it's all done.
