The gf saw me drooling over this vintage 1985 Wilier Trestina Ramata and decided to buy it for me. More pics to follow as we are headed home from buying it !

Was that the one in the SF Bay Area Craigslist? I saw it yesterday and if it was a little taller I would have been trying to get that one to be my n+1. Congratulations and sounds like you have a great GF.

Yes it is, it was almost too tall for me but it fits. Love Wiliers

I’m not much of a grail bike chaser but this one makes my list. Keep it clean, ride it for a year and when you come to the harsh reality it just doesn’t fit, you know where to find me!

More pics this morning after wiping it down and adjusting a couple of things to my liking.
Came with Dura Ace as can be seen and index shifts wonderfully, Not the original wheels but a nice set of Mavic GEL 280. For the price paid I’m quite happy. Check out the leather wrapped bars !










And the gf with her favorite bike,a 97? Colnago Mapei
