Could anyone help with Model ID? It is Japanese .Ishiwata 022. Not sure if fork is replacement. Chrome stays. thanks

The fork should be chrome. Fully chromed forks were a common feature on the Canadian market models. It appears to be circa 1983-1984, though I don't see any Piaggio decals. Definitely a Japanese manufactured frame. The serial number will tell us the exact year. Ishiwata 022 and what appears to be SunTour Cyclone shift levers suggest the equivalent of a USA market Limited.
