Question about Jones H-bar handlebars

I have a flat-bar road bike and the 24" handlebars are uncomfortable for me - they feel too wide. I get pain near my elbows.
I am thinking about Jones H-bar handlebars. The Jones website does not provide very many measurements.
How to wrap a Jones H Bar using FAT WRAP bar tape - Faraway Visions
I would be very grateful if someone who has H-bars would take these measurements and post them:
1. width of the handlebars at the connected joint
2. distance between the 2 loop bars at the center.
My plan is to create a full-size model of the bars (using cardboard or posterboard) and try it out with my bike on the trainer, to see if I might like these bars.
Thanks!

1. 13" from inside weld to weld.
2. 5 inches from center of bar to center of bar.

Not sure if that helps or what you are looking for.
