Fenders for Trek FX 3?

Howdy friends,

I purchased a Trek FX 3 2018. And i would like to install fenders on the bike? Does anyone have any recommendations for front and back tires that work well with this bike.
I have the 20 in frame.

Thanks for your help.

I have the Planet Bike Cascadia fenders on my 20" Trek Verve frame. They'll fit nearly the same on an FX. These have great coverage and a long rubber flap at the bottom. I've driven through deep puddles and it's amazing how dry I stay with these. Does your bike have disc brakes or not? That may influence how the front fender strut mounts to the fork. It would be helpful if you could post a picture of the lower fork area on your bike, so we might be able to suggest a possible work around if necessary.

Cascadia fenders on my Verve:

Because of clearance issues, the front one is a bit harder to fit than the back one, but I got this clip-on for my front, put it on in less than a minute, and it's a perfect fit:

I always leave mine on, but removing it is also absurdly easy if you just want it for weather conditions.

SKS is really good at functional and cheap plastic parts.

I added new fenders yesterday and bike rack. I think it came out good and overall i am satisfied.
Its been raining all day today so i am looking forward to take it out for a spin and see how the fenders perform. Next upgrade is to get bike bag to go on rack.

FX 3 with fenders and rack.
