Anyone here use or own a Kinetic Rock and Roll Trainer?
I have been looking at smart trainers and what caught my eye on this one is the fact that the bike has freedom to rock side to side. This is intriguing for several reasons, 1) less wear and tear on the bike frame and 2) Possibly less wear and tear on your body/joints.
I've read and been told that traditional trainers are both hard on your bike and your body. So something like this seems to eliminate that issue? Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated.

I love mine. At first it's kinda weird but you come to like it. I'm 220 lbs and I was concerned about stressing my bike too. It's actually very stable when in the zone. If you stand and Sprint it will move more, but I have never been concerned about too much rocking. Anyhow, good luck with your choice.

I have one and I do think it helps keep the stresses on the bike down. It just takes a little movement to reduce the stresses. It is adjustable such, that you can dial in how much movement you want. I think it's also easier on your body relative to a rigid trainer.
