Hydrogen & Alkaline Water to Better Recover - Do you drink it?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Next I’m buying Copper-Fit bike shorts. I understand they even help you ride farther and stronger.

I tried helium infused water. However, every time I said "on your left" the folks in front of me just laughed?

The authors of that study indicate that it's preliminary (and can't be used to generalize).

We conducted this study with a limited number of participants. Before our results can be generalized, studies involving larger numbers of participants are essential.

Given the small size of H2 is about 1/3 that of N2 (80% of air), it might also be "very briefly" because it would leak out of your tube much faster. Latex would be even worse!

If you ride with those in a strong electromagnetic field - like, say, under high tension wires - do they work like generators?
