Addiction LXXIII

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Update. I can use the “mobile site” on my iPhone but not the “full site” which has much better format/readability.

Indeed.

I can just about promise that little clear shovel would have given up the ghost in about ten minutes. When it rains first, then lays 8-10 inches on top of it, heavy and sticky are the words of the day.

I intended to do a nice long ride today, since I have the day off, but then that blizzard came.

Somehow I found the mental fortitude to ride for four hours on the trainer. Not sure how that happened.

That is unsane.

I won't do a 4 hour ride if it's under 55 degrees.
