Looks like a CAAD3 Saeco team model, circa 1998 IIRC--I used to have one years ago. VERY stiff ride. I ended up buying a Ti seatpost and that smoothed things out quite a bit. It's a very nice frame.

i have a similar CAAD3 frame with a different color scheme. at that time (1998) Cannondale was doing a trade in. anyone who brings in a frame can get a CAAD3 with carbon fork for $199. color schemes were either yellow/red or this Saeco color scheme. the Saeco was used in the TdF then by names like Cipollini. i ended up with the yellow/red one.
the frame is stiff, very stiff. i went so far as getting a suspension seatpost for it and that made all the difference.
