Size Cannondale Synapse hi-mod Ultegra 2017
Hi, I’ve found a used Cannondale Synapse hi-mod Ultegra 2017 of size 58. I’m 1.83m tall. Do you think I can ride well with it?

Probably. Depends on how finicky you are.
While there is always an ideal size, most people can be fit to a size or two in either direction from that ideal. But again it depends on things about you we don't even begin to know.
