That's good! Back in my younger days I liked to ride 200-250 miles a week. But I'm just doing 140-180 miles if I get out 3x a week now.

I am 57 so not too young. but commuting works great for adding miles. 45 miles is my longest ride and my back is sore now (G)

I turn 70 in December this year. I generally won't bother to suit up if I can't go at least 40 miles. I generally ride 50-80 miles at a time. But being a cold-weather weenie, my start times are getting later in the day, so my rides are getting a bit shorter as the seasons progress in the fall.

I can get away with my commute 9.5 eac way without padded shorts but then I need them for the evening tandem ride and all weekend riding. I keep warmer riding then I do taking the bus. but I had to buy some good heated gloves anything under about 49 even heavy duty cycling gloves made for below freezing don't help.
