Help w/new bike !
Hi, I'm making the transition from biking as a hobby to biking as a sole means of transportation. I need a bike for my work commute ( ~ 2 miles of flat, paved trail, 2 miles of flatish city ) but my budget is pretty limited to 200$ so I'm looking into used, but I'm not entirely sure what I should be looking for. I found a few bikes that are my size (6ft) and would love for any recommendations or guidance. Tragically I can't post the craigslist links since I have a new account.
- 1986 Cannondale SR800 feat the Cannondale Alumina Classic Racing Frameset -250$
- "Brand new road bike" has a flip-flop hub -200$
- Trek 930, older looking -180$
- A very new looking fixie
