Where have the ladies gone?

Have all you testosterone patch wearing knuckle draggers scared them away?

Really. I can't remember the last time I saw Beverly or Miss Kenton.

I wondered this the other day, I hope Miss Kenton hasn't had a lot of storm damage from the last one, in Jersey. she had said that the new job would cut into her internet time a good bit when she started work and U of P. I think Beverly replied to a thread a few weeks ago but I cannot remember which thread it was. Maybe they will prairie dog now with this thread. I have seen Yen, Missjean and Pamestique post recently but none of the other ladies that are usually here.

Well, in checking their profile pages, Beverly last posted on 04 Dec 2012, so she is around here, Miss Kenton however, last posted on 18 November 2012, hmmmmmm, hope all is well for her and her husband. I remember that her son was to start USAF officer's candidate school as a navigator selectee.

Thanks

I have pretty much dropped out of Facebook. I couldn't (and didn't want to) keep up with all their changes - timeline, privacy, etc.

I was actually in New Jersey this week, and yes, I did. On a too-small-for-me bike, but it was pretty amazing. No gear, barring a borrowed helmet, and no gloves either.

Yes, I'm still around As I told Denver, I've been busy re-decorating a bedroom, putting the garden to bed for the winter, holiday shopping....the list just goes on and on.

Fred, that's a new great grandson I have. That's the newest great grandchild. There were twin identical girls born in November and another expected in June of next year.

Yes, I use Facebook to keep in touch with the family and friends. Don't know what I would do without it as I hate talking on the phone.

I'll try to check in more often as I don't want to miss the next 50+ get-together. I've already registered for two bike tours next years. Bike Florida in March and GOBA in June. Now I just need to keep in shape over the winter

Love the Moose Crossing sign in your profile. I saw the episode of Mythbusters where they tried to figure out if a car could survive a crash with a moose. I think the answer was NO WAY!

I'm right there with you on riding in the cold. The older I get the higher the temperature needs to be before I venture outdoors.

The main thing I hate about cold weather riding is getting dressed for it
