Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Actually, I don't really want a funeral but the decision will be up to those who are still around. A memorial fun bike ride would be better IMO.
There have been a couple of those around here this summer.

Reminds me of the old joke about a guy riding his tandem without a stoker after his wife passed. When asked why none of his friends would ride with him, he said they were all at the funeral. <rimshot>

Just getting around to putting my tire on the newly rebuilt wheel. I peeled the sealant skin from the inside of the tire before remounting and, holy holey Batman! At least 8 punctures bubbling air, one of them with enough air loss to feel the breeze from a few feet away.

It may well be correct. Argen-teeny-yan Spanish is definitely different from Mexican Spanish.

I cannot do yard work and ride in the sane day, due in part to my advanced age, and in part to weather conditions. This morning, under 120% humidity, I chose yard work. And still soaked my clothes with sweat.

Thanks. But I need to keep a low profile for awhile, so I do appreciate the reminder from @indyfabz. Now he just needs to edit his posting and all the evidence will be gone.

In the end, there was just too much air loss for me to get the tires fully mounted at home. Errands were going to take me by the gas station with the best compressor in town, so I stopped off and popped it on. Now to fill with sealant and give it some spins to make her ship-shape.
