Looks like an emergency repair for a blown-out Schwinn tire, hoping she changed the tube out first(?).
Rim brake on this one, so assuming she'll loosen the brake cable all the way(?)!
The grass looks fake, and she has perfect teeth...

While on tour my buddy had a blowout and he repaired the tire with duct tape. I didn't bother to ask him why he was carrying the tape, it was obvious. Since 1977 I carry a roll of duct tape with me when on tour.

Lovely picture.
But I find my eye gets drawn to the Dunlop valve.
I really need to re-assess my priorities in life ...

Back around 1986 I had to find a variety store and when I did I bought a roll of electrical vinyl tape to wrap around my two punctured tubular tires so that I could limp back home. I'd ride about 1/4 to 1/2 mile and then pump up the tires and repeat until I got home. After that I made sure any tubular tire I bought had a removable valve core so that I could put tire sealant into the tire. Funny thing though is that I've never needed to do that since then.
Cheers
