Avid reader and cyclist, working on my posting :-)
Greetings!
An avid cyclist my whole life, Ft. Lauderdale Florida; central Illinois, now northern Virginia. Really caught the bug in Illinois, did 7 RAGBRAI's during college ('77 - '84). Probably 50 - 50 road and trail, really enjoy week long trips like GAP - C&O canal, or Florida A1A Palm Beach to Georgia (last month).
A nice collection of bikes, some the latest and greatest, others are solidly antiques :-) Oldest are a pristine 3Rensho from 1980, and a 1982 Trek 728 tourer that I used on the A1A trip. Most recent buy was a Trek superfly hardtail a few years back. They are all great bikes, building memories a mile at a time :-)
Registered on Bike forums 12 years ago today, seems like my 4th post is due :-) Really appreciate all the good ideas and conversations many of the members post.
